Where do we come from? What can we offer you? Read below and you'll soon be able to answer these questions...
Home Fix Computers was established in February 2005, aiming to offer a personal, in-home computer repair service to the Guisborough area. Once the customer recommendations started coming in, that led to the need for expansion, without compromising quality.
We now find ourselves occupying Unit 21 on the prestigious Terry Dicken Ind. Estate in Stokesley, housing a full computer repair workshop facility and shop. The shop (or Retail Counter) is open to the public, for both sales of computer hardware and peripherals, and also acts as a drop-off point for computer repairs if it is more convenient than arranging a time for us to come to you.
We see ourselves as being an innovative small computer business, focused highly on customer service, aiming to satisfy the customers computer needs. We regard ourselves as being competitive for both labour and hardware pricing, in comparrison to the larger retail chains, and aim to keep this way. Should we be more expensive for whatever reason, please let us know and we'll see if we can match or beat the price.
We currently have 3 technicians, all focused on customer service and quality, as well as improving and growing the company, with plans to increase the Home Fix Computers product and service portfolio, to offer you, the customer, even more!
We work to a 35m radius of Stokesley, covering Guisborough, Middlesbrough, Skelton, Loftus, Danby, Northallerton and Darlington to help give an idea of the areas we cover. Job slots are available daytimes, evening and weekends, to ensure we can be as flexible as possible to accommodate you for onsite appointments.
And The Future....
We're always looking to expland and broaden our services portfolio. We look to develop the "Home Fix Computers", "HFC Web Design" and "myGreenPC" brands, even taking the later to a national scale. We hope "Home Fix Computers" continues to be one of the areas favoured computer repair specialists, and suppliers of reliable hardware and will continue to keep that our focus and priority.
We also plan to help the local community benefit from our success, as they helped us to grow over the years, so we feel the need to put something back into the community. As of what yet, we do not know, but we are always looking for ways to help - watch this space!
