Payment can be made via cash, cheque or Credit / Debit card (Repair Centre & Onsite) – No upfront payment required; we do not take any money from you until the work has been completed and you are happy with it.

We cover Cleveland, Teesside and most of North Yorkshire so there’s very little reason you can’t benefit from our PC repair services, meaning whether it’s virus or spyware thats taken over your computer, through to setting up a secured wireless network or getting you back online, we’re able to help. We provide low cost, cheap computer repair carried out by experienced professionals, all fully insured and come armed with the latest repair tools and diagnostic equipment to make sure your computer works better than ever!

Our PC Repair Centre’s

Our computer Repair Centre’s in Stokesley and Northallerton are open most days 9:00am – 5:00pm (check opening times on website) and no appointment is required to bring a computer or laptop in to be repaired. Should you be looking for some new parts or a new computer/ laptop, then feel free to wander in as we have a fully stocked showroom displaying our range of stock. We aim to complete most repairs same day / next day and will ring you as soon as your computer is ready to be collected.

On-Site Computer Repairs

We are available for call-outs Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 8:00pm, with no call-out charge whatever the time – you just pay for the labour to carry out the work. Booking an appointment couldn’t be simpler – ring your local Repair Centre (Stokesley / Northallerton) and speak to a technician who will check the problem is something we can help with, quote you a price and then arrange a convenient appointment time with you.

We always aim to get out to you as soon as possible, and aim to be as flexible as possible. Payment is taken after the work is carried out, and if the computer does need to be returned to the workshop for further work, we don’t take a penny from you until the computer has been returned and you are happy with it.
