We're a local computer repair company who've been servicing Hartlepool and it's surrounding areas for over 5 years.

Sometimes its easier for someone to come out to you to fix your computer – it saves the hassle of having to disconnect your computer and bring it to us and makes sure that the computer is seen in situe – essential for things like wireless setup’s and solving broadband issues.

It’s how we started back in 2005, and it’s something we always regard as being the companies roots and backbone. It’s this service that has built the business up, and is what people mainly know us for – our highly recommended home repair service.

It’s simple – we’ll fix your computer, in your home for a great value fixed rate labour charge. Most of these repairs are successfully completed in your home, but if it can’t be, then we’ll bring it back to the workshop, complete the repair, then arrange to return the computer to you and make sure it’s all connected back up and working for you – it couldn’t be any simpler.

We cover a 35 mile radius of Stokesley, taking in Guisborough, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Nunthorpe, Darlington, Marske, Loftus, Northallerton and Thirsk to name but a few places, meaning whether it’s virus or spyware thats taken over your computer, through to setting up a secured wireless network or getting you back online, we’re able to help. We provide low cost, cheap computer repair carried out by experienced professionals, full insured and armed with the latest repair tools and diagnostic equipment to make sure your computer works better than ever!

We accept payment via cash, cheque or Credit / Debit card onsite - we do not take any money from you until the work has been completed and you are happy with it.

We are available for call-outs Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 8:00pm, with no call-out charge whatever the time – you just pay for the labour to carry out the work. Booking an appointment couldn’t be simpler – ring the Workshop and speak to a technician who will check the problem is something we can help with, quote you a price and then arrange a convenient appointment time with you. We always aim to get out to you as soon as possible, and aim to be as flexible as possible. Payment is taken after the work is carried out, and if the computer does need to be returned to the workshop for further work, we don’t take a penny from you until the computer has been returned and you are happy with it.
