Our remote support service is simply a way of us being able to access your computer, with your permission, and be able to resolve a software issue with it via the Internet – great for simple problems where just a few basic settings need changing.

NOTE: This service is sometimes used for warranty repairs, in which case there will be no charge for doing this, but in any other case, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of our technicians time and expertise. Please feel free to ask the support technician for any more details on costs etc.

ALERT! MICROSOFT PHONE SCAM
A number of customers have reported being contacted by a call centre, claiming to be from Microsoft.
The "technician" then points out your computer is running slow and that it has virus infections, which they need to remove. Once they have done this via remote support, they install a number of 'fake' anti spyware programs and then make you pay £185 for the privilege.
