Situated on the Terry Dicken Indsutrial Estate in Stokesley since 2008, it has seen both our customer base and facilities grow and grow. April 2010 saw us move our workshop into a larger unit, allowing us to purpose design it and to make sure we are able to take on work that other computer shops simply can’t repair.

This allows us to carry out all computer and laptop repairs, ranging from virus infections to laptop DC Socket replacements. We operate repairs in our Repair Centre as being a “walk in, drop off” service – no appointment is necessary to bring your computer to us – and in return we will get your computer repaired as quickly as possible, all without loosing your precious data. It is appreciated if customers bringing in laptops are able to bring in their laptops power supply unit (PSU), although not essential.

As a matter of practice, all computers that come in to us for a chargeable repair are given a “healthcheck” as a matter of course, to make sure your computer is running as well as it should be, and to make sure there are no hidden spyware infections going unnoticed in the background.

We have invested money in state-of-the-art electronic repair equipment, including hi-quality soldering irons, heat guns and infra-red soldering work stations to make sure we can conduct the most specialist of repairs in the workshop, ranging from laptop DC socket repairs, damaged USB port replacements and motherboard GPU re-work and re-flow repairs. All of these repairs are conducted by our highly trained, well experience Technicians to make sure we can offer an exceptional repair service.

It’s not only repairs we’re renowned for – we have full showroom facilities open to the public stocking a range of computer hardware, peripherals and consumables such as full computer systems and laptops for sale, laptop bags, external hard disks and printer inks, to name but a few items. We don’t employ purely sales staff in the showroom like the larger retailers do – all of our team are Technicians, able to offer knowledgeable and technical advice, helping you to make sure you always make the right purchase.
