Small Business’s are all too often advised to adopt overpriced and over spec’d IT equipment all too often. We don’t offer expensive, overpriced Support or Maintenance Contracts to our customers – we’re different. We prefer to do things on a repair-by-repair basis, helping to keep your IT Support costs down to a minimum rather than constantly paying for support you don’t use month on month.

There’s no expensive call-out charges – just a low cost fixed labour repair charge per computer/device for the work, plus the cost of any parts (if parts are required). If you have a number of machines which you want fixing at the same time then we offer substantial discounts on additional work beyond the first repair. What’s more, we’re only too happy to try and diagnose the fault over the phone first, so we can give you an indication as to how much the total repair cost will be, rather than quoting once on-site like most other companies do. We believe in being as open and upfront about our charges and what it’s likely to cost you, as the last thing we want is any nasty surprises!

We are Data Protection Act registered, and treat all data with the utmost confidentiality, and should there ever be any concern of data safety, we will always endeavour to carry out a backup of your system first. Offering the facilities of both our Repair Centre based services, alongside our On-Site Services – covering a 20 mile radius of Stokesley – we’re able to make sure we offer you a prompt, convenient repair service. With our Repair Centre open daily, and our On-Site Appointments being available until 8pm on an evening – we’re able to minimise disruption to your business and carry out any repairs outside of your standard business hours, where possible.
