There’s no expensive call-out charges – just a low cost fixed labour repair charge for the work, plus the cost of any parts (if parts are required). What’s more, we’re only too happy to try and diagnose the fault over the phone first, so we can give you an indication as to how much the total repair cost will be, rather than quoting once on-site like most other companies do. We believe in being as open and upfront about our charges and what it’s likely to cost you, as the last thing we want is any nasty surprises!
